Keeping track of customer appointments should be simple. With this update, your CRM now shows upcoming and past appointments in a more natural order inside contact records and conversations, so you can quickly see what’s next, what already happened, and open the details you need without wasting time.
📌 Why This Matters
When appointments are hard to scan, it takes longer to prepare for meetings, follow up after visits, and stay on top of customer activity. This improved layout helps you spot the next scheduled appointment right away, review the most recent completed appointment first, and spend less time searching through older records. For small business owners, that means fewer missed follow-ups and a clearer picture of each customer relationship.
✨ What’s New
- Upcoming appointments appear nearest first: Future appointments are now listed in chronological order, so the soonest appointment is always at the top.
- Past appointments appear most recent first: Completed appointments are shown in reverse chronological order, making the latest customer interaction easiest to find.
- View details from the appointment list: You can open appointment details directly from the Appointments tab using the View option, without jumping around to other areas.

🛠️ How to Use It
- Step 1: Open a contact record or conversation in your CRM and go to the Appointments section.
- Step 2: Review the top of the upcoming list to see the next scheduled appointment you need to prepare for.
- Step 3: Check the past appointments list to quickly find the latest completed visit, call, or meeting.
- Step 4: Click View on any appointment to open the details and decide on your next action.
💡 Pro Tip
Use the most recent appointment view to follow up quickly after a meeting, because faster follow-up often leads to more booked jobs and repeat sales.
