Profile Picture Upload/Change:

You can now easily upload or change your WhatsApp business profile picture. This picture will be visible to your customers, making your business more recognizable.

Update Business Information:

You can update various details on your WhatsApp business profile, including:

• Business Category: Clearly define your business type.
• Business Description: Provide a brief overview of your business to attract and inform customers.
• Business Address: Ensure your customers know where to find you.
• Email Address: Add your contact email for customer inquiries.
• Website: Link to your website to drive traffic and provide more information.

👷 How It Works:

Go to Settings> WhatsApp> Numbers

Click on the three dots under Actions> Update Business Profile

Why It Matters:

Your WhatsApp Business profile lets you add publicly viewable information about your company. These details include your business name and address, category, description, email address, and website. This comprehensive profile helps customers easily understand who you are and what you offer, fostering trust and encouraging engagement.

How Customers View Your Profile:

Customers can view your business profile by clicking your business’s name or number in a conversation thread. This accessibility ensures that your customers always have the latest information about your business at their fingertips.
