As a small business owner, staying organized and keeping track of your deals is essential for success. This new feature allows you to automatically link estimates to the corresponding opportunities, ensuring you never lose track of an important deal. With everything connected, you can focus more on your business and less on manual tracking.
✨ What’s New
- Seamless Auto-Linking: Whenever you create an estimate from an Opportunity’s Payments tab, it’s automatically linked back to that Opportunity. Say goodbye to confusion!
- On-Screen Linking Option: In the Payments tab, you can create estimates directly and easily link them to the right Opportunity before sending them out.
- Fully Automated via Workflows: By adding a Send Estimate action to any Opportunity-triggered workflow, the system can do the work for you—creating, sending, and linking estimates automatically!
🛠️ How to Use It
- Via Opportunities:

- Open an Opportunity, go to Payments, and choose Create Estimate from the Actions Menu.

- You’ll be taken to the estimate screen with the opportunity already linked to your estimate.
- Via Estimates:

- In the Payments tab, select the dropdown to choose Estimates, and then click Create Estimate.

- Select a contact within the estimate and link it to the corresponding opportunity.
- Via Workflows:

- Set up a Workflow trigger for an Opportunity event and add a Send Estimate action. The system will handle creating, sending, and linking the estimate for you!
