Rescheduled Tag in Appointments

What’s New?

We’ve introduced a tag that allows users to easily identify rescheduled appointments. Whenever an appointment is rescheduled, a “Rescheduled” tag will appear in both the appointment list view and the appointment modal. The previous date and time of the appointment will also be displayed in the modal, helping users stay informed and take any necessary actions.

Key Updates

Rescheduled Tag: The appointment list view and modal now highlight rescheduled appointments.

Appointment Data: A new “is rescheduled” field has been added to the appointment data. This will be used to:

  • Highlight Rescheduled Appointments: Ensure appointments that have been rescheduled are clearly identified in the system.
  • Support Reporting: Enable users to track and analyze the number of rescheduled appointments. (Coming Soon).
  • Assist Workflow Automations: Help users to configure “if/else” condition for rescheduled appointments. (Coming Soon).
