PDF Size reduction – Documents and Contracts

What’s new?

• Optimised PDF Downloads: The size of downloadable PDFs created after a document has been completed has been reduced by 50–60%.
• Dashboard Load Speed: The loading times of Documents Dashboard which had the list view of documents has been significantly increased.

Why we built it?

• We’ve focussed on improving the experience and this was an effort in the same direction.
• We previously released displacement fixes on contracts, split columns and this was a step in the same direction.

What’s coming shortly?

• Option to search products in list view.
• Displacement issues that arise when a document is sent from the Mobile app.
• Easy addition and deletion of primary recipients.
• Enabling users to CC completed and sent documents.
• Public link of document templates.
