Stay Connected Across All Your Business Locations with Multi-Location Incoming Calls

Managing calls for several business locations can get complicated, especially if you rely on one phone or app to handle them. What if you could receive calls from multiple locations without juggling different accounts? That’s where Multi-Location Incoming Calls comes in—it helps you stay connected and responsive across up to 10 different locations right on your mobile device.

📌 Why This Matters

If you run a business with several locations or teams, missing calls means missed opportunities. Usually, you’d have to switch accounts or apps for each location, wasting time and sometimes missing important customer inquiries. Multi-Location Incoming Calls makes it easy to answer calls for any of your locations without switching back and forth. This helps you stay organized, respond quickly to leads, and keep all your customer info up to date.

✨ What’s New

  • Multi-Location Ringing (Opt-In): Get calls from up to 10 business locations on your mobile app, no matter which location’s account you’re actively using.
  • Location Badge on Call Screen: Clearly see which business location the call is coming from right on your incoming call screen.
  • On-Call Location Switching: Easily switch to the right business location on your device during the call to access customer info and take notes without dropping the call.
  • Fewer Missed Leads: Stay reachable for priority customer lines across all your locations without constant app or account switching.
  • Per-User Control: Choose exactly which locations you want your phone to ring from, keeping your device manageable and focused.
