If your business serves customers in Latin America, having a payment option they already know and trust can make checkout easier and help you get paid faster. Your CRM now supports Mercado Pago, so you can accept payments directly through the tools you already use to sell, invoice, and book customers.
π Why This Matters
For many small business owners in LATAM, payment friction can lead to abandoned purchases, delayed invoices, or missed sales. By connecting Mercado Pago inside your CRM, you can offer a more familiar local payment option across key customer touchpoints. This is especially helpful if you sell through forms, calendars, invoices, payment links, or order pages and want a simpler way to collect money in supported countries like Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Uruguay, Peru, and Brazil.
β¨ Whatβs New
- Mercado Pago payment support: You can now connect Mercado Pago as a payment provider inside your CRM and accept payments natively.
- Coverage across LATAM: This payment option currently supports Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Uruguay, Peru, and Brazil, with more regions expected over time.
- Works across sales channels: You can use it in places where your business already collects payments, including calendars, funnels, forms, invoices, payment links, and more.
- Channel-level control: You can choose where this payment option is available, so you can turn it on or off depending on how and where you sell.
- Built for local payment needs: This gives business owners a more region-friendly way to accept payments from customers who prefer Mercado Pago.

π οΈ How to Use It
- Step 1: Open the Payments area in your CRM and go to the Integrations section.
- Step 2: Select Mercado Pago and connect your account using your Public Key and Access Token.
- Step 3: Complete the webhook setup in your Mercado Pago account to finish the connection.
- Step 4: Choose where you want to accept payments, such as invoices, forms, booking pages, payment links, or order forms.
- Step 5: Test the setup before going live to make sure payments are processing correctly.
Before using it, keep in mind that minimum amount requirements must be met, and CVV-less payments need to be enabled on your Mercado Pago account.

π‘ Pro Tip
If a large share of your customers are in LATAM, offering a familiar local payment method at checkout can reduce drop-off and help you turn more pending sales into paid revenue.
