Your CRM can now pull in images and files from your Media Library while you write prompts, edit pages, and publish updates. That means less time hunting for files, fewer duplicate uploads, and a more consistent look for your business across every page and campaign.
π Why This Matters
Small business owners often reuse the same logos, photos, social images, and brand assets in different places. When those files are easy to access inside your CRM, you can make updates faster and keep your business looking polished without digging through folders or uploading the same image again and again.
β¨ Whatβs New
- Use saved images in chat: Choose reference images from your Media Library to help the AI create content that better matches your brand style.
- Add asset links to prompts: Insert links to images, documents, videos, or audio files already stored in your Media Library.
- Replace page images easily: Swap out images on your website or landing pages by choosing a file directly from your Media Library while editing.
- Set branding images during publishing: Pick your favicon and social sharing images from saved assets inside your CRM.
- Upload from your device when needed: You can still drag, drop, paste, or upload files directly if something is not yet in your Media Library.
- Keep assets connected to the project: Files used in your work stay attached to the project, helping you keep everything organized and consistent.

π οΈ How to Use It
- Step 1: In chat, open the attach option and choose Media Library to add a reference image or asset link. You can also upload or drag in a file from your device.
- Step 2: While editing a page, click on an image element and choose a replacement from your Media Library.
- Step 3: In publishing settings, select your favicon or social image from the Media Library, or upload a new file if needed.
