Update Products/Services: Add, remove, or edit the products and services listed in active recurring invoices. Keep your invoices aligned with changes in offerings or client needs.
Automated Email Alerts: When auto-payment is enabled, editing a recurring invoice triggers an email notification automatically.
Personalization Options: Customise the content of notification emails from within your invoice settings. Align them with your brand voice for a consistent client experience.
How to Use the New Features
Access Recurring Invoices: Navigate to the Invoicing section in your Income Mavericks dashboard and select Recurring Invoices.
View the Invoice to Edit: Choose the active or scheduled recurring invoice you wish to modify.
Make Adjustments: Change the frequency, dates, or products/services as needed.
Save Changes: After making the necessary adjustments, save the invoice to apply the updates.
Customizing Email Notifications: Go to Invoice Settings and visit customer notifications. Edit the Auto payment amount changed notification to modify the subject line, message body, and other relevant details of the notification email.
