How to Export and Use Your Email Performance Data

Having direct access to your email stats in a simple file format means you can analyze your marketing results whenever you want. It helps you see which messages are getting opened, clicked, or ignored so you can focus on what truly drives engagement and sales.

  • Export options: You can now create exports for all campaigns, only email marketing campaigns, individual workflow email actions, or just bulk emails.
  • Secure email delivery: The CSV export is sent to your inbox with a secure download link that stays valid for 30 days, making it easy to access and share.
  • Detailed metrics: All exported files include important data like the number of deliveries, opens, and clicks to give you a clear performance overview.
  • Download history: A Recent Downloads section lets you easily find and track exports you’ve made within the last 30 days.

🛠️ How to Use It

  1. Step 1: Go to your Marketing section and select Email.
  2. Step 2: Click on the Statistics tab to view your email performance.
  3. Step 3: Hit the Export button to start creating your CSV file.
  4. Step 4: Enter the email address where you want to receive the export link and proceed.
  5. Step 5: To revisit past exports, go to Settings and look for the Recent Downloads section.
