Managing documentation can sometimes feel like a challenge, especially when you want to ensure that all the important files are delivered together. Streamlining this process is now easier than ever, allowing you to enhance your communication with clients while ensuring everything is in one place!
📌 Why This Matters
Clear and concise documentation is key to any successful business relationship. By attaching multiple files directly to your documents, you can prevent confusion and ensure that your clients receive everything they need in one go.
✨ What’s New
- Attach Multiple Files: You can now easily attach multiple files (SVG, PNG, JPG, or PDF, up to 15 MB each!) to any document in both the Document Builder and the Template Builder.
- Seen and Accessed Easily: When the document is sent—either manually or as part of a workflow—recipients will see the attached files as real email attachments that are downloadable right from their inbox.

🛠️ How to Use It
- Step 1: Open any document or template in the Document Builder.
- Step 2: In the left-hand “Document settings” panel, go to Add Attachments and click on Upload. You can drag & drop files or browse your computer. Supported formats are SVG, PNG, JPG, and PDF (≤ 15 MB each).
- Step 3: Track the upload progress in real-time, and you can remove any unwanted files using the đź—‘ icon if necessary.
- Step 4: Don’t forget to save the document or template!
- Step 5: When you click Send (or allow a Workflow to send it), your files will be included as standard email attachments, ready for your recipient.

đź’ˇ Pro Tip
Make sure to double-check the attachments before sending to ensure all necessary files are included.
