Control your call recording storage bills by auto-deleting older call recordings.
- You can choose to enable it under sub-account settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Calls > Call Recording.
- The default retention period is set to 90 days and can be changed by you.
- By storing only recent call recordings, you can control your call recording storage bills.
- This option is accessible to agency and sub-account admins only.
- Call transcripts continue to exist, unaffected by recording deletion.
