Cleaning up your CRM is a lot easier when you can remove large batches of outdated, test, or incorrect records all at once. This update makes it simpler to manage companies, tasks, and custom records without deleting items one by one, while still giving you a safety net if you need to undo a mistake.
📌 Why This Matters
When your CRM is full of old or inaccurate records, it becomes harder to trust your data and take action. With bulk delete, you can quickly clear out clutter across companies, tasks, and custom records in one go. You also get a 60-day restore window, which means you can clean up confidently without worrying that one wrong click will cause a permanent problem.
✨ What’s New
- Delete large batches at once: You can now bulk delete records across custom objects, companies, and tasks without a record limit per action.
- Same experience across the CRM: The bulk delete process now works consistently in all three areas, making cleanup easier to learn and repeat.
- Restore deleted records: If you remove something by mistake, you can restore bulk-deleted records from the Bulk Actions page within 60 days.
- Connections are cleaned up too: When a record is deleted, its links to notes, tasks, contacts, companies, opportunities, and other custom records are removed as well, but the related records themselves are not deleted.

🛠️ How to Use It
- Step 1: Open the area you want to clean up, such as custom objects, companies, or tasks.
- Step 2: Use the checkboxes on the left side of each row to select the records you want to remove. You can also use the top checkbox to select all records on the page.
- Step 3: Click the delete option from the bulk actions bar that appears.
- Step 4: Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.
- Step 5: Check the Bulk Actions page to view progress, logs, or restore deleted records if needed within 60 days.

💡 Pro Tip
Set aside a few minutes each month to remove bad or outdated records so your team works from clean data that leads to better follow-up, more accurate reporting, and fewer missed sales opportunities.
