Hey there, small business owners! We’re excited to share a fantastic new feature that makes managing your contacts easier than ever. No more fussing around with tags and workflows after sending campaigns—this update is designed to help you segment your contacts quickly and efficiently!

📌 Why This Matters

In today’s fast-paced business environment, being able to quickly segment your contacts after a campaign is crucial. Traditional methods often involved significant planning and manual actions, which could lead to missed opportunities. This new feature streamlines the tagging process, enabling you to personalize your outreach based on real-time interactions!

✨ What’s New

  • Tag by Interaction: Now, you can add tags to your contacts who opened, clicked, and interacted with your campaigns, right from the campaign statistics page!
  • Auto-Tag Future Interactions: With just a click, select “All” to automatically tag future opens, clicks, and other interactions.
  • Trackable Logs: Easily see which contacts are tagged and access their interaction logs directly from the statistics page.

🛠️ How to Use It

  1. Step 1: Go to Marketing → Email Campaigns.
  2. Step 2: Open the campaign statistics (click the 3-dot menu on a sent campaign).
  3. Step 3: Click **Load More**, then scroll to see contacts who opened, clicked, etc.
  4. Step 4: Select the contacts and click on Add Tags.

To enable auto-tagging for future contacts, just select All, then Add Tags and remember to enable Auto-Tagging!

You can also keep track of your tagging efforts in the Tags and Bulk Actions sections for easy management.
