Easily Turn Your Social Posts and WhatsApp Contacts into Ads

Advertising your business can feel complicated, especially when juggling multiple tools. But what if you could create ads quickly, right from where you already manage your social media posts or WhatsApp contacts? This feature makes that possible, helping you start ad campaigns with minimal hassle and time.

📌 Why This Matters

Getting your ads out there is important, but taking too many steps to create campaigns can slow you down. Integrating ad creation options directly into the places where you connect with customers—like your social media planner and WhatsApp contacts—helps you save time and keep your marketing simple. This way, you can focus more on growing your business and less on wrestling with complicated tools.

✨ What’s New

  • Inline ad creation options: You can now start making ads right inside your WhatsApp contacts list and social media planner without switching to another tool first.
  • Easy “Create Engagement Ad” and “Run as Ad” buttons: These buttons guide you through creating ads quickly by pre-filling some of the details for you.
  • Helpful prompts and guidance: If you need to set up ad management tools, you’ll see simple pop-ups explaining next steps and benefits.
  • Improved onboarding steps: If you’re new to ad tools, easy calls to action will help you get started confidently.

🛠️ How to Use It

  1. Create Engagement Ads from WhatsApp Contacts
    • Go to your WhatsApp contacts section and look for the new “Create Engagement Ad” button next to the phone numbers.
    • Clicking this will show a confirmation pop-up. When you continue, you’ll be taken to the ad setup screen.
    • The ad creation window will have the goal set to “Engagement” and destination set to WhatsApp, so you just finish setting your audience and budget.
    • If ad management isn’t set up yet, you’ll see a prompt explaining its benefits and showing how to connect your account.
  2. Run Ads Using Your Social Media Posts
    • In your Social Planner tool, you’ll find a “Run as Ad” option in multiple places like the planner view menu, approval tab, and post details sidebar.
    • This option is available for posts that are Published, Scheduled, or In Review on Facebook and Instagram.
    • Clicking “Run as Ad” opens a confirmation window. After confirming, you’re taken to the ad setup tool with your post’s media and caption already filled in.
    • If your post only has images without captions, the text fields will be left editable for you to add ad copy.
