Keeping track of due and overdue payments can become overwhelming. With the ability to view and manage these invoices directly from your mobile app’s POS, you’ll spend less time worrying about finances and more time focusing on growing your business!

✨ What’s New

  • All due/overdue invoices in one place: Easily access all your due or overdue invoices in a single location, making it simpler to manage your finances.
  • Collect payment for due/overdue invoices: Seamlessly record payments for any outstanding invoices using various payment methods such as Tap to Pay, Stripe, Square Payment Readers, cards, or cash.

🛠️ How to Use It

  1. Step 1: Log in to the mobile app using your preferred subaccount.
  2. Step 2: Navigate to the POS section from the bottom bar of the mobile app.
  3. Step 3: Open the Active Transactions menu located in the bottom bar.
  4. Step 4: View all due and overdue invoices, including estimates, documents & contracts, or appointments.
  5. Step 5: Tap on the Invoice tile to either Edit/View the invoice.
  6. Step 6: Swipe left on an invoice card or long-press to unveil additional options.
  7. Step 7: Click on Record Payment to collect payment for the invoice with your preferred payment method.
