🛠️ How to Use It

  1. Set Global Defaults:
    • Go to the Document & Contract Settings and find Customer Notifications.
    • Choose your default delivery method for when a document is received and when it’s signed. Options include SMS only or both email and SMS.
    • Save your preferences to apply automatically.
    • Note: Document Received settings can be changed for individual cases, but Document Signed follows these global defaults.
  2. Create SMS Templates:
    • Access your Marketing tools and open the Snippets section.
    • Create a new snippet and select SMS as the type.
    • Write a clear, short message like “Your document is ready, please review and sign.”
    • Save it to use whenever you send documents by SMS.
  3. Send Documents Individually:
    • Open the document you want to send.
    • Click Send and pick your delivery channel: Email, SMS, or both.
    • If you choose SMS, select your SMS template, review, and hit send.
  4. Use Automation Workflows:
    • In your Automation tools, add a Send Document action.
    • Choose your preferred sending channel.
    • Save the workflow to automatically send documents with your chosen settings.
  5. View Contact Info When Adding Recipients: Easily see user phone numbers and emails while adding document recipients to make sending smoother.
