Keep LinkedIn and TikTok Posts in One Calendar

If you use LinkedIn or TikTok to promote your business, keeping track of what has already been published can get messy fast. This CRM feature lets you pull in your published posts automatically, so you can see past content, review engagement, and manage your social activity from one calendar.

📌 Why This Matters

Having your published social posts and scheduled content in one place makes it easier to stay organized and make better posting decisions. Instead of jumping between social apps, you can review your content history, check how posts are performing, and spot what is worth repeating or improving.

✨ What’s New

  • LinkedIn post sync: Published posts from your LinkedIn Organization Page can appear alongside your scheduled content, with engagement details such as reactions, comments, and shares.
  • TikTok post sync: Published TikTok videos can be imported into your planner so you can review past content, along with likes, comments, shares, and views.
  • One publishing calendar: You can view historical and upcoming content together, making it easier to manage your posting history in one place.
  • Daily metric updates: Engagement data refreshes every 24 hours so you can keep an eye on performance without checking each platform manually.

🛠️ How to Use It

  1. Step 1: Open your CRM social planner settings.
  2. Step 2: Connect your LinkedIn Organization Page or TikTok account.
  3. Step 3: Turn on post sync for the account you want to track.
  4. Step 4: Wait for the first sync to finish so your recent published posts can load.
  5. Step 5: Review your synced posts, past content, and engagement metrics inside your planner.

📋 Helpful Notes

  • LinkedIn support: Sync currently works with LinkedIn Organization Pages, not personal profiles.
  • LinkedIn previews: PDF, Event, Poll, and Article posts can sync in, but may not show full in-app previews.
  • LinkedIn details: Mentions, highlighted hashtags, and tagged-user details may not be available.
  • TikTok support: Both personal and business TikTok accounts are supported.
  • TikTok playback: Synced videos play through TikTok’s hosted player.
  • TikTok limitations: Some details like location tags, tagged users, and music information may not appear.
  • Deleted posts: If you delete a post on LinkedIn or TikTok, it may still remain visible in the planner because the sync works one way.

💡 Pro Tip

Use your synced post history to identify which topics get the most attention, then create more content around those themes to turn social activity into more inquiries and sales.
