If you sell products online, inventory and follow-up often go hand in hand. Your CRM can now use available quantity inside abandoned cart and order fulfilled automations, making it easier to tailor customer follow-up based on what you still have in stock.
📌 Why This Matters
For small business owners, inventory affects sales decisions every day. When your CRM can reference available quantity, you can create smarter follow-up paths around abandoned carts and completed orders without relying on guesswork. This helps you stay relevant with customer communication, avoid pushing items with low stock, and make better use of the products you’re ready to sell.
✨ What’s New
- Available quantity can be used in automation filters: You can filter abandoned cart and order fulfilled automations by product inventory levels.
- Available quantity can be used as a custom value: This lets you pull inventory-related details into supported workflow actions where needed.
- Works with product pricing selections: The setup allows you to choose a specific product price before applying the available quantity condition.
- Helpful for inventory-aware follow-up: You can build customer communication around what is currently in stock instead of treating every product the same.

🛠️ How to Use It
- Step 1: Choose either the abandoned cart trigger or the order fulfilled trigger inside your CRM workflow.
- Step 2: Add Global Products to your workflow filters.
- Step 3: Select one price option for the product you want to use.
- Step 4: Set the available quantity condition and enter the numeric value you want the workflow to check.
- Step 5: Use available quantity or price as a custom value in supported actions when needed.
- Step 6: Keep in mind that filters follow this structure: Global Products, then Price, then Available Quantity.
- Step 7: At this time, the setup supports one selected price and one numeric quantity value per filter.
- Step 8: Also note that price and available quantity cannot currently be used inside If/Else branches.
💡 Pro Tip
Use inventory-based automation to focus your follow-up on products you can actually fulfill quickly, which can help turn more carts into real revenue.
