- Pause and Edit Campaigns: You can now pause any email campaign โ whether itโs an A/B test, RSS feed, or something sent out immediately โ and make the necessary adjustments to your content.
- Audit Logs: Detailed logs keep track of important campaign actions, including when a campaign is scheduled, paused, updated, resumed, or cancelled.

- Step 1: Navigate to the Email Marketing section of your CRM.
- Step 2: Locate the campaign currently running that you want to pause or update. Click on the three dots (โฎ) menu and choose ‘Pause / Update’ Content.
- Step 3: Make your desired edits and then click ‘Resume’ to continue the campaign.
- Step 4: Don’t forget to check the audit logs to confirm all actions and changes are recorded.
