  • Pause and Edit Campaigns: You can now pause any email campaign โ€” whether itโ€™s an A/B test, RSS feed, or something sent out immediately โ€” and make the necessary adjustments to your content.
  • Audit Logs: Detailed logs keep track of important campaign actions, including when a campaign is scheduled, paused, updated, resumed, or cancelled.

  1. Step 1: Navigate to the Email Marketing section of your CRM.
  2. Step 2: Locate the campaign currently running that you want to pause or update. Click on the three dots (โ‹ฎ) menu and choose ‘Pause / Update’ Content.
  3. Step 3: Make your desired edits and then click ‘Resume’ to continue the campaign.
