- Redirect to URL: Automatically guide respondents to specific web pages depending on their answers.
- Display Custom Message: Show messages tailored to the user’s selection for guidance and feedback in real time.
- Show/Hide Fields: Control which form fields are visible based on previous answers, keeping things focused and organized.
- Disqualify Lead: Instantly halt the survey flow if specific disqualification criteria are met and show a custom message.
- Jump To Slide (NEW!): Smoothly skip users to a specific section of the survey based on their input, creating a more relevant experience.
🛠️ How to Use It
- Step 1: Open the Survey Builder. You can find Conditional Logic in both new and cloned surveys.
- Step 2: Click on “Conditions” in the form editor panel to get started.
- Step 3: Select an Action Type: choose from Redirect to URL, Display Custom Message, Show/Hide Fields, Disqualify Lead, or Jump To.
- Step 4: Define your logic using dropdown selectors and logical operators (AND, OR) to create your rules.
- Step 5: Preview your conditions and save. You can add multiple conditions, which will be processed from top to bottom.
- Step 6: Publish your survey when everything is set!
