You can now place your CRM chat widget directly inside your website pages, landing pages, and contact sections instead of relying only on a floating chat bubble. This gives small business owners more control over how customers start conversations and helps make chat feel like a natural part of the page.
π Why This Matters
When chat appears exactly where a customer is already paying attention, it can be easier for them to ask a question, request help, or reach out before leaving your site. An embedded chat experience keeps the conversation visible on the page, which works especially well for support pages, service pages, quote requests, and landing pages where you want people to take action right away.
β¨ Whatβs New
- Embedded placement for all chat types: You can now use embedded placement across all supported chat options, including all-in-one chat, email/SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, live chat, and voice conversations.
- Chat stays open inside the page: Instead of showing as a floating bubble in the bottom corner, the full conversation appears directly within the page layout.
- No floating bubble behavior: In embedded mode, the widget does not show the floating chat bubble or the initial prompt popup.
- Built for page-based experiences: The embedded version uses dimensions designed for inline placement and stays visible so visitors can keep chatting without extra clicks.
- Easy channel switching: If you use an all-in-one chat setup, visitors can move between available communication channels without leaving the embedded chat area.

π οΈ How to Use It
- Step 1: Open your CRM’s Chat Widget Builder and choose the chat type you want to use.
- Step 2: Go to the placement settings and select Embedded instead of Sticky.
- Step 3: Add the widget to the page where you want customers to start the conversation, such as a landing page, contact page, support page, or service page.
- Step 4: Preview the widget to confirm the inline chat experience fits the page layout and displays the conversation the way you want.
- Step 5: Publish the page and test it from a visitor’s point of view to make sure the right communication channels are available.
π‘ Pro Tip
Place embedded chat on high-intent pages like pricing, booking, or quote request pages so more visitors can ask questions in the moment and turn into paying customers faster.
