- Copy Actions Across Workflows: Select a single step or an entire block of actions and copy them to another workflow quickly.
- Paste Anywhere: Paste copied actions directly into any workflow within the same account—even if it’s open in a different tab.
- Clipboard Storage: Copied actions stay saved for 15 minutes, allowing you to paste them into multiple workflows without having to copy again.



🛠️ How to Use It
- Step 1: Open the workflow containing the steps you want to copy, then click the three-dot menu on the desired action.
- Step 2: Choose “Copy Action” to copy a single step, or “Copy All Actions From Here” to copy a block of steps.
- Step 3: Navigate to the workflow where you want to paste the copied steps. This can be in the same tab or a different one.
- Step 4: Click the Quick Paste button next to the “+” icon to insert the copied steps, or use “Paste Below” by clicking the three-dot menu on an existing action.
- Step 5: Review the pasted steps to make sure everything looks right, then save your workflow.
