Delete Social Posts From One Place

If you need to fix a typo, remove outdated information, or take down a post that went live by mistake, you can now handle it from your CRM in one place. Instead of logging into each social account separately, you can delete posts directly from your social planning area and, on supported platforms, remove them from the social network too.

📌 Why This Matters

For small business owners, time matters and mistakes on social media can be costly. This makes it easier to clean up content quickly, keep your messaging accurate, and manage your social posts without jumping between different platforms. It also gives you one simple process for handling draft, scheduled, and already published content.

✨ What’s New

  • Delete published posts: You can remove live posts directly from the social planning area, and where supported, delete them from the social platform at the same time.
  • Two delete options: Choose whether to delete the post only from your CRM or also remove it from the connected social network.
  • Works with multiple platforms: Native deletion is supported for Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and Community.
  • Still useful on limited platforms: On platforms like Instagram and TikTok, you can still remove the post from your CRM even if the live post must be deleted directly on that platform.
  • Covers every post stage: You can use the same delete workflow for draft posts, scheduled posts, and published posts.
  • Reconnect prompt included: If a social account connection has expired, you’ll be prompted to reconnect and then continue the deletion process.
  • Available in more than one view: The delete option is available from both the post list view and calendar view.

🛠️ How to Use It

  1. Step 1: Open the social planning section inside your CRM.
  2. Step 2: Find the post you want to remove in either list view or calendar view.
  3. Step 3: Open the 3-dot menu for that post and click Delete.
  4. Step 4: Choose whether to delete it only from your CRM or also from the connected social platform, if supported.
  5. Step 5: Confirm the deletion.
  6. Step 6: If prompted, reconnect the social account and continue.

đź’ˇ Pro Tip

If you spot an incorrect offer, expired promotion, or wrong business update, remove it right away so you don’t lose trust or miss sales from confused customers.
