Keeping track of changes inside your CRM can save time, reduce confusion, and help you understand exactly what was added to an account. Snapshot History gives you one place to review past snapshot loads, see who made changes, and check what was included.
π Why This Matters
When an account changes, it can be hard to remember what was loaded, when it happened, or which version was used. That can slow down troubleshooting and make it harder to understand why workflows, calendars, or other assets look different. With Snapshot History, you can quickly review past activity and get a clearer picture of how an account was set up over time.
β¨ Whatβs New
- Snapshot history view: You can open a full history of snapshots loaded into an account from the Actions menu.
- Detailed load records: Each entry shows who loaded the snapshot, when it was loaded, the version used, and the snapshot type.
- Asset-level visibility: You can open a snapshot record and review the exact items included, such as workflows, calendars, and more.
- Organized account timeline: See a complete list of snapshot activity in one place instead of piecing together account changes manually.

π οΈ How to Use It
- Step 1: Go to your Sub-accounts page in the CRM and open the Actions menu for the account you want to review.
- Step 2: Select View Snapshot History to see all snapshots that have been loaded into that account.
- Step 3: Click into a snapshot entry to review its load history, including who applied it and when.
- Step 4: Open the details of a specific load to see the assets included, such as workflows, calendars, and other setup items.
π‘ Pro Tip
Use Snapshot History whenever something in your account looks different, so you can spot changes quickly and spend more time serving customers and making sales.
