If you rely on someone else to review your social posts before they go live, waiting on emails, screenshots, and message threads can slow everything down. This approval tool makes the process much easier by letting people review, approve, reject, or reschedule posts through a secure link, without needing to sign in.
📌 Why This Matters
For small business owners, social content often needs a second set of eyes before publishing. That might be a business partner, manager, franchise lead, or team member. Instead of chasing approvals across different apps, you can send one secure link that shows the post preview, caption, timing, and notes in one place. That means fewer delays, fewer mistakes, and a better chance your content goes out on time.
✨ What’s New
- Secure approval links: Share one link for one or multiple posts so reviewers can respond without creating an account or logging in.
- More than just approve or reject: Reviewers can approve, reject with notes, reschedule posts, or use bulk actions like approving or rejecting several posts at once.
- Clear post previews: Each reviewer can see the image or video, caption, scheduled time, platform details, and creator notes before making a decision.
- Password protection and expiration: Each link can be protected with a password and stays valid for 30 days to help keep access controlled.
- Link management in one place: You can view whether links are active, expired, or revoked, then regenerate, revoke, or extend them as needed.
- Easy recovery for expired links: If a link expires, a new one can be generated quickly so approvals do not get stuck.

🛠️ How to Use It
- Step 1: Open your CRM’s Social Planner and choose the person who needs to review the post.
- Step 2: Click Generate Approval Link.

- Step 3: Use the auto-generated password or create a custom password for the link.

- Step 4: Share the link by email, text, chat, or however your team normally communicates.
- Step 5: The reviewer opens the link, checks the post details, and chooses to approve, reject, or reschedule.

- Step 6: If needed, they can leave notes with their decision so you know exactly what needs to change.

- Step 7: Review the feedback and status updates inside the Social Planner.

- Step 8: Go to Manage Links in settings to monitor link status, revoke access, or extend validity.

Helpful to know:
- Approval links are valid for 30 days.
- Links can be regenerated or revoked at any time.
- Once a post is published, some actions are no longer available.
- Only users with the right permissions can create approval links.
💡 Pro Tip
If your social posts often wait on internal sign-off, set up approval links as part of your regular posting process so content goes live faster and you avoid missing timely sales opportunities.
