Managing who can access your community’s courses is now simpler than ever. You can now control course access for each member directly, giving you the flexibility to reward loyalty, onboard new users more effectively, or offer exclusive content to select members.

Having the ability to grant or restrict course access individually means you’re in full control of who learns what and when. This opens up opportunities to create VIP experiences, offer special training, and manage your community’s learning journey in a way that supports your business goals.
✨ What’s New
- Grant and Revoke Course Access: Easily give any member access to specific courses or remove their access whenever necessary.
- Private Courses: Create courses that remain locked by default and only open to members you manually select. Perfect for exclusive content, team training, or invite-only programs.
🛠️ How to Use It
- Grant Courses to a Member: Go to your Community Members area, find the member you’d like to update, click the three-dot menu next to their name, select Manage Courses, then choose the courses you want to grant and click Grant.
- Revoke Course Access: Follow the same steps to get to Manage Courses, then click the revoke icon next to the course you wish to remove from a member.
- Add a Private Course: In your Learning tab, click Add Course, select your course, set its visibility to Private, and save. Members will see it as locked until you grant access.
Members will also receive an email letting them know when a new course has been unlocked for them, keeping them informed and engaged.
