1. Step 1: Navigate to Marketing > Social Planner.
2. Step 2: Add your social accounts from the Settings (gear icon).
3. Step 3: Click on New Post > CSV Upload.
4. Step 4: Choose your upload type:
   • Basic CSV: Supports post content, date, media, and OG link.
   • Advanced CSV: Unlocks full capabilities such as platform-specific post types (Post, Story, Reel, Shorts), watermark, tags, categories, follow-up comments, and more.




5. Step 5: After uploading, select the social accounts and configure your approval settings.



6. Step 6: Review and correct any flagged errors before importing.
7. Step 7: Click Import to schedule all approved posts directly into your calendar queue.
