By enabling you to set a conditional element’s value to null in your email campaigns, your communications can be more targeted, ensuring you only show relevant content to your contacts. This level of personalization builds trust and engagement, fostering a stronger relationship with your customers.

  • Targeted Content Delivery: Display elements only when specific contact fields are empty, ensuring your messages are relevant.
  • Simplified Logic: You no longer need complex conditions; a simple empty value will do the trick!
  • Enhanced Personalization: Tailor your emails based on what information is missing from your contacts, tailoring your outreach to meet their specific needs.

🛠️ How to Use It

  1. Step 1: Go to the Marketing section and select Email Marketing.
  2. Step 2: Either create a new email campaign or edit an existing email template.
  3. Step 3: Choose the element you want to conditionally display and navigate to the Visibility tab.
  4. Step 4: Enable the Conditional Element toggle.
  5. Step 5: Set the condition based on the relevant contact field.
  6. Step 6: For the value, ensure you leave that field empty.
  7. Step 7: Save your changes!

💡 Pro Tip

Remember, leaving the field truly empty is key—simply typing “NULL” won’t work, so double-check those empty spaces!
