  1. A Unique Checkout Link: When a customer abandons their cart, a unique checkout link is automatically generated.
  2. Email Notifications: If you’ve enabled the Abandoned Cart Email under Notifications settings, customers will receive this link via email.

💼 Important Guidelines

  • One Link Per Abandoned Cart: Each abandoned cart link is unique, showing only the products from that specific session.
  • Inventory Updates:
    • If a product is out of stock, it will be marked as “Out of Stock” with a Remove Item button.
    • If all items are unavailable, customers will see a Continue Shopping option instead.
  • Dynamic Pricing Support: Any changes in price or product names after abandonment will be accurately shown.
  • No Edit Option: Customers can only complete their purchase from the abandoned cart as adding new items isn’t an option.
  • Guest Checkout Support: Guests will have a temporary session created to show their abandoned carts easily.
