The Bulk Eject feature simplifies this process, allowing you to efficiently transfer several sub-accounts to new agency accounts. - Scalability & Efficiency: You can now discharge multiple sub-accounts simultaneously, reducing your manual workload and minimizing the potential for errors.
- Enhanced Tracking Screen: The new tracking screen offers improved visibility into the ejection process, helping you keep tabs on everything seamlessly.
- CSV File Support: Uploading a CSV file for Location ID and Nominee Mapping allows for an even more seamless bulk ejection process.
🛠️ How to Use It
- Step 1: Go to the transfer locations page. Select “Bulk Transfer Sub Accounts” and then “Eject to a new Agency.” Here, you can choose multiple sub-accounts manually or upload a CSV file with location details for a bulk transfer.
- Step 2: Accept the Request (Nominee): Each nominee will receive an email invitation from your agency. They need to accept the request to be redirected to their new account.
- Step 3: Sign-Up (Nominee): Once logged in, nominees will provide basic details for their new agency, including the agency name, phone number, and billing address. After setup, each new agency will inherit all assets and users from their original sub-account.
